There are no guarantees they will ever close, so don't stretch if you know you don't always want 10g or 8g holes. Slow, gentle stretching methods will increase your chances of shrink, daily oil massages help keep your lobes elastic, and not having them stretched for a decade usually means they're more likely to shrink.

So don't do it if you're unwilling to risk them never shrinking. But if you are ok with no guarantee and just want to hedge your bets, then do it slowly, be patient, baby your ears with massages and TLC, and then try to get them to shrink while you're still young. As we age our skin loses elasticity. So the 8g piercing you have between 13 and 15 is more likely to shrink than the one you stretch to at 23 and take out at 25.

You can just get pierced at 8g or 10g, and that's would mean it's a little more likely to shrink or close than stretching to the same size. Still no guarantee though.

After reading multiple sales books I can think of 7 reasons to read this book, it could make the difference of making the sale or not.
Everyone in sales should read it and Management should invite Ron to speak at their next conference to motivate sales to a new level.

These videos are fantastic! Thank you very much for taking the time to post them. You're a great role model. :) What advice would you give to deal with a situation where the interviewer asks if I'm married or have a child that I need to take care of. I'm 25 and I get those questions a lot. I know that they're not supposed to even ask, and I usually just smile and say that I don't think that's really relevant, but then the interview seems to turn sour. Is there any way to salvage this situation?

Wished you had kept going to 10 mins. Important advice of a not so traditional field, especially for those that don't have a sales, nor biological/chemical science background, but whom have proven time & time again that they can make it in this field. You're a great communicator.
Thank you for doing this.

ride along seriously...
thats like asking Bill Belichick for the game plan he plans on using against your team. No honor bound , self respecting Rep. would give out information to a competitor and even if he would...would you trust it? I mean what "top sales" rep. has time or need to teach their competitors? I mean it would be easier to find a friend of a friend in the business ... and even then the quality of info. you get from the source is minimal.

CMIIW, but from what little I know, I'd say that Hapkido tends to lean more towards the harder jujutsu line of Daito-ryu, while modern Aikido is closer to the aiki-no-jutsu line due to its emphasis on redirection and blending.

As for the small vs. large circle issue -- and I believe this applies to just about any martial art -- you start training with large movements, and eventually move on towards smaller, more compact and efficient moves. Large movements/circles are easier for beginners to follow and understand; and in the case of joint locks, during regular training sessions, people tend to be relaxed, so you need the large circles in order to position your partner's body for the technique to click in. But again, practitioners of both arts will learn to apply small circle joint locks.

CMIIW, but from what little I know, I’d say that Hapkido tends to lean more towards the harder jujutsu line of Daito-ryu, while modern Aikido is closer to the aiki-no-jutsu line due to its emphasis on redirection and blending.

As for the small vs. large circle issue — and I believe this applies to just about any martial art — you start training with large movements, and eventually move on towards smaller, more compact and efficient moves.
Is surgical/spine the way to go? I am still learning the different areas, but I always here that spine and surgical sales is the best. Also what advice will give to a female trying to get into medical device sales? I am told it is a alpha white male industry and I have no chance. What can i do to make sure I have a fair chance?
